Who Are We?
Crossroad Music & Media School is a program created for young men and women who are looking for their place in society. Many young people are either unsure how to utilize their gifts and talents, or what their gifts or talents even are. We want to solve that problem for every young person we come across! We may not immediately know what a person is passionate about or what gifts and talents they possess, but one thing we do know is that everyone has a song in them. Throughout our years of experience teaching music production and artistry in several cities and states across the United States, we have made a significant discovery: music opens the door to the heart and soul of a person. When you give a child the opportunity, ability, knowledge and tools to express themselves and explore their creativity, you would not believe what you find! Music takes a generally unassuming appearance, but there are so many components, skills and lessons to musicianship that are essential to the development of young person. We recognize these qualities in music and we want to take full advantage of them for our students' sake. We also apply music therapy in our approach to developing our students because we recognize how critical a young person's emotional and mental health is to their development. We want to utilize the practices we have discovered in our experience in musicianship and the industry to help cultivate our students into whoever they are meant to be! Everyone comes to a crossroad at some point in their journey, and we want to guide each student on the path for them!
We host events, summer programs, group classes, one-on-one classes, after-school programs, training courses and more! We teach students of all ages. We definitely do not shy away from college students or older! Please feel free to contact us! We can't wait to hear from you!
